?Admission Options

1.      Application for a college degree: Students are required to complete the coursework and pass relevant examinations in fulfillment of the chosen college’s degree requirements within three years. Successful graduates will be conferred college degrees along with graduation certificates according to Chinese regulations on academic degrees.

2.      Application for the Chinese language study (non-degree education): This program usually takes one year. Students in this program may take the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK) examination and receive the HSK certificates.

3.      Short-term training program (non-degree education): This program takes no more than 180 days. The course content, plan of study, tuition, and relevant items will be specified in the contract.

? Application Requirements

1、Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens (according to Nationality Law of the People’s Republic of China) and are willing to study at Hunan Railway Professional Technology College.

2、Applicants must abide by Chinese laws, respect Chinese customs, follow college rules and regulations, and can complete the coursework.

3、Applicants must provide diplomas, criminal background check, financial support, and verified Foreigner Physical Examination record.

4、Applicants for college degrees must be at least 18 years of age, single, with a high school diploma (or equivalent credentials). Applicants who do not have Chinese language learning background or have not obtained the HSK (Level 3) certificates can receive one-year Chinese language training at Hunan Railway Professional Technology College; they can proceed to the coursework after obtaining the HSK (Level 3) certificates. For applicants who obtained the HSK (Level 4) certificates, they may apply and then be directly enrolled in the second-year coursework.

5、Applicants for short-term training or educational exchange programs follow the specific agreed-upon contracts.

?Application Time and Procedure

1、Application Time: Before July 1^st each year

2、Application Procedure：

（1）Applicants fill out the form entitled “International Students’ Application Form at Hunan Railway Professional Technology College” (Appendix 1) and then submit it to the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges via mail or e-mail. Applicants provide a scanned copy of the valid passport, portrait (color print), diploma (or alternative credentials), criminal background check, financial support, verified Foreigner Physical Examination record, resume, HSK certificates, and other award certificates, respectively.

（2）The college review committee will screen the applications based on the aforementioned application materials.

（3）The approved applications will be submitted to Hunan Education Department and Foreign Affairs Office for record.

（4）Admission letters and “Visa Application Forms of International Students” will be issued to admitted students (see Form JW202).

（5）With the admission letters, applicants may apply for visa X1 (long-term program for 180 days or more) or apply for visa X2 (short-term program less than 180 days). After the visa is issued, students should check in at the college according to the designated date. For those who cannot check in on time, an extension of admission should be processed.                                                  

（6）Applicants may fill out the form entitled “International Students’ Financial Aid and Scholarship Application Form at Hunan Railway Professional Technology College Scholarship” (Appendix 2) to apply for financial support.

（7）Relevant departments at college will follow through relevant protocols in a timely manner.

一、招收留学生形式

外国留学生来爱游戏官网赞助罗马04学习，有以下选择：

1．申请就读专科（学历教育）：学习期限一般3年，完成留学生就读专业的《人才培养方案》规定的教学内容，经考核成绩合格者可取得中国教育管理部门授权颁发的专科毕业证书。

2．申请进修汉语（非学历教育）：学习期限一般为1年，可参加中国汉语水平考试（简称HSK)，获取中国汉语水平考试（HSK）等级证书。

3. 短期留学项目（非学历教育）：学习时间不超过180日（含），学习内容、进度、学费等依照协议执行。

二、留学生报名条件

1．留学生申请人必须是根据《中华人民共和国国籍法》不具有中国国籍且愿意在爱游戏官网赞助罗马04接受教育的外国学生。

2. 留学生申请人应当愿意遵守中国法律法规，尊重中国风俗习惯，遵守学校规章制度，有能力完成学校学习任务。

3. 留学生申请人必须提供学历证明、无犯罪记录证明、经济保证证明以及医疗机构出具的《外国人体格检查记录》等。

4. 专科学历教育申请人必须为年满18周岁，未婚，具有高中学历（或同等学力）的应届毕业生。汉语零基础或未取得中国汉语水平考试（HSK）三级证书的申请人可以在爱游戏官网赞助罗马04学习一年汉语，取得HSK三级证书后方可进入专业学习阶段；已经取得HSK四级证书的申请人可以直接申请进入第二年的专业学习阶段。

三、招生时间与程序

1．报名时间：每年7月1日前

入学时间：每年9月

2．申请程序：

(1)申请人填写《爱游戏官网赞助罗马04外国留学生申请表》（附表1），通过邮寄或电子邮件的方式向学校国际交流处提出留学申请，并提供有效护照、彩色证件照片、学历（或学力）证明、无犯罪记录证明、经济保证证明、医疗机构出具的《外国人体格检查记录》、简历、HSK等级证书及其他获奖证书等的扫描件。

(2)学校根据申请人提供的材料进行初审。

(3)通过学校审定后，上报湖南省教育厅、湖南省外办审批备案。

(4)学校向审批通过的外国学生寄发录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）。

(5)申请人凭录取通知书在当地中国大使馆申请X1字签证（长期学习，含或超过180日）或X2字签证（短期学习，不超过180日）。申请人取得签证后必须按规定时间来校报到，如不能及时报到，必须办理延期入学手续。

(6)留学生可根据自己的实际情况，填写《爱游戏官网赞助罗马04外国留学生奖助学金申请表》（附表2）向学校申请奖学金。

(7)学院相关部门在规定时间内到国内有关部门办理相应手续。

四、招生规模

1. 专科学历教育，每年招收100人。
