On December 23, 2018,President Fang Xiaobin and President Wu Guanghua of Hunan General Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia made an appointment in Changsha to discuss cooperation.
During the talks, both sides expressed their good wish to cooperate on vocational education and training. Through more than two hours ’full discussion and negotiation, the two sides reached cooperation intentions on jointly recruiting Cambodian students to China and establishing a training base in Cambodia. The two sides agreed to immediately start formal visits to promote the landing of the project.
The talks laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two sides. Yang Dongliang, Vice President of Hunan Education International Exchange Association, and Xie Fang, Hunan Railway Professional Technology College attended the talks.
