On March 8th, 2019, Steven Rhodes，vice president of NEATH PORT TALBOT COLLEGE (NPTC Group of Colleges) and Darren Horne，Director of Business in China visited Hunan Railway Professional Technology College. Principal Fang Xiaobin，Vice-Principal Shou Heng, Zhang Ying, the deans of the relevant secondary schools and the Director of International Cooperation and Exchange Department participated in the talk.
This talk went on in a friendly atmosphere. Two parties discussed in detail on teacher training, programs development, international quality standards authentication, apprenticeship training, educational cooperation, etc. NPTC College is a public vocational college in Britain. The education and training of NPTC College enjoy good reputation in the world because of its long history, teaching quality and apprenticeship. The school plans to have a substantive cooperation with NPTC College in the UK to contribute to the construction of the "Double High" School.
